Stephanie Monroe Wilson is certified to practice law in Arizona and Washington D.C. She has been working with Prenovost, Normandin, Bergh & Dawe since 2001. Upon the opening of PNBD-Arizona, Stephanie became Of Counsel to PNBD working exclusively on Arizona Construction Defect, General Liability and Real Estate clients.
Stephanie has been a partner in the law firm of Stoops, Denious, Wilson & Murray, P.L.C. since 2000. Her practice includes general civil litigation, real estate, contract, construction defects, homeowner associations, loan fraud, lender representation, lender liability, appraiser liability and home inspector liability.
Stephanie is also licensed in Arizona as real estate agent. She taught as an adjunct professor for the paralegal program at the Phoenix College in Phoenix, Arizona, from 1997 through 2010, teaching real estate law each year and also probate law for two semesters.
Stephanie also teaches classes, primarily on homeowner associations, at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. She has been on the faculty for continuing education real estate law seminars, including “Mold is Gold” and Real Estate Law from A to Z in Arizona.
Since 2000, Stephanie has also authored several articles for the Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business. These articles cover topics on construction law, homeowners associations, home inspectors, appraisers, real estate disclosure, foreclosure and general real estate law matters. In addition, Stephanie has taught continuing legal education for Arizona attorneys on various real estate law issues.
