Bankruptcy Law
 
The firm’s bankruptcy practice includes representation of the creditor dealing with a reorganizing debtor, Trustees and creditor committees, negotiations, transactions and adversary proceedings. Representation has been in all phases of reorganization: prepetition, post-petition, out-of-court arrangements, consumer and business. We have litigated Complaints for Relief from Stay and Complaints for Non-Dischargeability Due to Fraud. We have also handled various complex appeals of bankruptcy rulings and plans.
